Refund & Return Policy

Returns

At Mahavir Agro Agency, we strive to ensure that our customers receive only the best quality products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
• Returns must be initiated by contacting our support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of agricultural goods, the following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or partially used fertilizer/pesticide products
• Animal feed once packaging is broken
• Items bought under promotional offers or clearance

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
